摘要
设计了一种宽输出频率范围高线性度的电流控制振荡器。该电路采用一种改进的电流饥饿型环形振荡器电路,在扩大控制电压变化范围的同时保持振荡器电路的高线性度。基于28 nm互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)工艺,电路后仿真结果表明:该振荡器的控制电压变化范围为200~700 m V,输出频率范围为600~1 600 MHz,振荡频率与控制电压的非线性度约为3%。
A current-controlled oscillator with high linearity and wide output frequency range is designed. A modified current-starved ring oscillator is utilized to expand the range of control voltage and keep high linearity of oscillator circuit. The circuit is designed based on 28 nm complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS)process,the post simulation results show that control voltage of oscillator range from 200 m V to 700 m V,and the output frequency range from 600 MHz to 1 600 MHz. Meanwhile,the nonlinearity between oscillation frequency and control voltage is about 3 %.
