摘要
针对某金属矿山上向深孔人工装药过程中,存在作业环境恶劣,人工劳动强度大,安全隐患等问题,采用一种新型机械化地下上向孔现场混装乳化炸药装药设备,应用专用乳胶基质、水环减阻输送技术、末端静态喷射混合技术和中低温敏化等关键技术,实现了在该矿上向孔装药爆破自动化装药,彻底解决了人工装药问题,提升了本质安全水平,爆破效果较佳,有效降低了综合成本,为后续地下矿爆破一体化服务提供了先进的混装设备。
The manual deep up-hole charging process in metal mines has many problems such as poor operating environment,high labor intensity,potential safety hazard and so on.A new type of mechanized underground up-hole onsite mixed emulsion explosive charging equipment is adopted,and a variety of key technologies such as special latex matrix,water ring drag reduction conveying technology,end static injection mixing technology and medium and low temperature sensitization are applied to realize the up-hole automatic charging in the mine.The new equipment can completely solve the manual charging problems and enhance the working safety.It has better blasting effect and can effectively reduce the comprehensive cost.The study provides advanced mixing equipment for following integrated underground mine blasting.
