新生代农民工高职教育需求的实证研究——以上海市为例

An Empirical Study on the Higher Vocational Education Needs of the New Generation of Rural Migrant Workers--A Case Study Based in Shangghai

精准挖掘新生代农民工高职教育需求是提高高职院校教育机会供给质量的前提。通过调查上海市新生代农民工教育需求,发现新生代农民工群体潜在职业教育需求规模庞大,知识需求类型多样,教学方式需求多形态化,需求原因多元化,但其支付能力较弱,易获得的学习资源欠缺,具有时空固定限制特征,共同成为新生代农民工接受职业教育的阻碍因素。建议优化统筹新生代农民工职业教育政策资源,开发适合新生代农民工教育需求的特色课程体系,确定新生代农民工高等职业教育的政府、企业、个体承担比例,建立新生代农民工聚集地的网络学习中心。

Accurately finding the higher vocational education needs of the new generation of rural migrant workers is the premise of improving the supply quality of higher vocational education opportunities.Through investigating the educational needs of the new generation of rural migrant workers in Shanghai,it was found that their potential educational needs are large in scale;the types of knowledge that they demand are diverse;the teaching methods that they desire are diversified;and their reasons for obtaining higher vocational education are various.However,they have inadequate ability to pay for education;they have limited access to available learning resources;and they face constraints of time and space.These limitations form the obstacle for the new generation of rural migrant workers when they try to obtain vocational education.Several suggestions are proposed by the current study,including:(1)optimizing the overall planning of the higher vocational education policy resources for the new generation of rural migrant workers,(2)developing a characteristic curriculum system that suits their educational needs,(3)determining the proportion of cost that the government,enterprises and individuals should undertake for the higher voca-tional education of the new generation of rural migrant workers,(4)establishing an online learning center for the new genera-tion of rural migrant workers in where they gather.
