摘要
第三方评价有助于加强对高职教育教学的监管和考核,促进院校与市场之间信息的有效沟通,规避风险和减少资源浪费。澳大利亚职业教育在第三方评价方面建立了质量监督机构和国家资格框架来保证实施。借鉴澳大利亚职业教育的经验提出以下策略:转换政府角色,下放管理权限;加强第三方评价,构建多元评价体系;利用好毕业生反馈机制,推动内外联动;依托互联网大数据,助力第三方质量评估;遴选行业专家,扶持评估机构。
The third-party evaluation helps to strengthen the supervision and assessment of teaching in higher vocational colleges,promote the effective communication of information between institutions and markets,as well as avoid risks and reduce waste of resources.Vocational education of Australia has established the quality supervision agency and national qualification framework for the third-party evaluation to ensure its implementation.Drawing on the experience of Australian vocational education,the following strategies are proposed:(1)changing the role of government and delegating administrative authority,(2)enhancing the role of the third-party evaluation and building a multi-evaluation system,(3)using graduate feedback mecha-nism to promote internal and external linkage,(4)relying on Internet big data to facilitate the third-party quality assessment,(5)selecting industry experts and supporting assessment agencies.
