Humanistic Care Ability of the Nursing Students in Health Vocational Schools:The Current Situation and Its Promotion Strategies

当前,护生人文关怀能力堪忧。卫生职业学校要采取完善护生人文关怀能力培养的顶层设计、提高教师的人文关怀素养、组织开展提升人文关怀能力的第二课堂活动、注重实践教学环节的人文关怀能力培养等措施,提高护生的人文关怀能力,为用人单位培养合格的高素质应用型技能人才。

At present,the humanistic care ability of the nursing students is below the expectations.Health vocational schools should adopt measures such as improving the top-level design of humanistic care ability training for the nursing students,improving the teachers’humanistic care qualities,organizing and conducting second classroom activities to enhance the students’humanistic care ability,and focusing on the cultivation of humanistic care ability in the practical teaching process,in order to improve the nursing students’humanistic care ability and train high-quality applied talents for the employers.
