基于校企合作的中职农林专业名师工作室建设

The Construction of the Famous Teachers’ Studios for Agricultural and Forestry Specialties Based on the School-Enterprise Cooperation:Practice and Exploration

随着现代教育的不断发展,名师工作室在中职教育改革与发展中的地位愈加突出,已成为促进教师发展、指导学生进步、加强教学研究、助推专业建设的重要载体。江苏省句容中等专业学校农林专业名师工作室在基于校企合作的中职农林专业名师工作室建设实践的基础上进行了理性思索,名师工作室建设的经验值得借鉴。

With the continuous development of modern education,the status of famous teachers’studios in the reform and development of secondary vocational education has become more and more prominent.It has become an important carrier to promote the teachers’development,guide the students’progress,strengthen teaching researches,and promote professional construction.Taking the school-enterprise cooperative construction practice of the Agriculture and Forestry Famous Teachers’Studios in Jiangsu Jurong Secondary Vocational School as an example,this paper makes rational thinking and suggests that the experience of the construction of the famous teachers’studios is worth learning.
