Analysis on the Growth Path of Vocational Teachers Based on Internal Driving Force

深入探究职教名师的成长路径,对职业院校教师的专业发展具有重要的启发意义。名师成长外部条件不可缺少,但内因是名师成长的最关键因素。本文结合笔者的成长经历,从树立名师志向、扎根教学一线、理论学习、教育科研、示范辐射等方面,探析在内驱力的推动下职教名师成长的路径。

In-depth exploration of the growth path of vocational teachers is of great enlightening significance to the professional development of the teachers in vocational colleges.The external conditions for the growth of famous teachers are indispensable,but the internal factors are the most critical ones.Combining the author’s growth experience,this paper explores the internal driving force which promotes the growth of vocational teachers from the aspects of establishment of the ambition,being rooted in the front line of teaching,theoretical learning,educational research and demonstration radiation.
