儿科介入进修医生的临床带教特点及思考 被引量:4

Experience of clinical practice teaching of pediatric interventional radiology for training doctors

摘要 介入放射学是一门新兴交叉学科,儿科介入放射学作为其中一个重要分支,近年来发展迅速,进修儿科介入放射学的医生逐年增多,但儿科介入进修医生的培养体系尚未建立。文章介绍了我院儿科介入进修医生的特点、临床带教问题及建议,期望能为其他单位在开展儿科介入进修医生的教学时提供参考。 Interventional radiology is a newly developing scientific field that integrated diverse medical knowledge.As an important branch of interventional radiology,pediatric interventional radiology has developed rapidly in recent years and more and more doctors are studying pediatric interventional radiology for further education.However,there is no consolidated scientific program on the education for pediatric interventional radiology.This article briefly described the characteristics and the problems about the teaching of those refresher doctors,and indicated the potential solutions,hoping to be a valuable reference for peer groups.
