The importance of political documents can not be emphasized any more and the translation of political documents plays a vital rule in the international publicity.To fully realize the purpose in translation is hard because of the wide-range differences between the source and target languages.Translators should focus on ideology,translation purpose,text typology and readers’awareness in translating political documents so as to contribute to the successful communication between China and the outside world and favorably introduce China to the outside world.
