摘要
项目化教学与"1+X"证书制度的融合,将学历教育、岗位需求与技能培训有机衔接起来,真正实现了学校、企业与培训机构三者之间的零距离接轨,不仅使学生学习目的更加明确,学习兴趣更加浓厚,大大提高学生专业素养和职业技能,保证学生良好的就业前景,又能够在证书的获取途径、评价导向和学习内容方面进行改革,提升高职教育人才培养质量。因此应不断探索两者的有机融合,为高等职业教育发展服务。
The integration of project-based teaching and "1+X" certificate system organically links academic education, job requirements and skills training, and truly realizes zero-distance connection among schools, enterprises and training institutions. It makes students have more clear learning objectives and stronger learning interests, greatly improves students’ professional qualities and professional skills, ensures students’ good employment prospects, and can reform the access to certificates, evaluation orientation and learning content, thus improving the quality of higher vocational education personnel training. Therefore, the organic integration of the two should be continuously explored to serve the development of higher vocational education.
