“奋斗幸福观”融入高职班级建设的探索和思考

Exploration and Thinking on the Integration of "Concept of Struggle for Happiness" into Class Construction--Take Beijing Institute of Economics and Management as an Example

摘要 班级是教育教学的基本单位,高职班级面临着理想信念模糊、集体主义弱化、组织机构消解等问题。高校在班级建设中融入"奋斗幸福观",能够增强吸引力和向心力,提升教育的亲和力和实效性。在开展"奋斗幸福观"教育中,要凝聚多方合力,开展教育供给侧改革,引领班级建设。 Class is the basic unit of educational instruction, while college classes are facing problems like vague ideals and beliefs, weakening collectivism and disolving organization. The integration of "Concept of Struggle for Happiness" in college class contruction could enhance class’ s attractive force and centripetal force, and thus improving enducational affinity and effectiveness. Implementing "Concept of Struggle for Happiness" requires guiding the class instruction by accumulating the concerted efforts from multi-aspect and reforming the supply side in education.
