职业院校技能大赛引领下的高职人才培养质量提升研究

Research on Improvement of Talents Training Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges under Leadership of Vocational Skills Competition

全国职业院校技能大赛作为国内职业教育领域的顶级赛事,始终与产业紧密贴合,关注行业企业发展动向,引领高职教育教学的改革与发展。本着以赛促建、以赛促改、赛教融合的原则,探究职业院校技能大赛引领高职院校人才培养质量提升的对策,可从促进人才培养方案与培养模式改革、促进课程建设与优化、完善教学资源库建设、备赛场地与设备向非赛教学实践活动迁移、融入思政教育与职业素质教育、协会社团促进学生自主成长等方面展开。实践证明,职业院校技能大赛对于深化产教融合、校企合作具有重要的推动作用,是有效提高技术技能型人才培养质量的重要途径。

As the top competition in the field of vocational education in China, the National Vocational College Skills Competition has always been closely linked with industry, paid attention to the development trend of industry enterprises, and led the reform and development of higher vocational education teaching. Based on the principles of Competition Promoting construction, Competition Promoting Reform and integration of competition and education, this paper explores how vocational skill contest can improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges, specifically from promoting the reform of talent cultivation scheme and training mode, promoting curriculum construction and optimization, improving the construction of teaching resource bank, transferring the preparation venues and equipment to non-competition teaching practice activities, integrating ideological and political education and vocational quality education, as well as committee and societies. The practice has proved that vocational skill contest plays an important role in deepening the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, and it is an important way to effectively improve the quality of technical and skilled personnel training.
