扎根理论视角下职业能力核心素养与专业课程考核方案建议--以中小企业基层经管类岗位为例 被引量:8

摘要 以扎根理论视角的质性研究方法得到不同岗位职业能力核心素养属性和维度,以问卷调查方式得到不同岗位的职业能力核心素养属性需要程度及职业能力纳入专业课程考核的看法,根据实证研究结论提出如下建议:专业课程考核方案要采取唯职业能力评价的多元化考核方案,专业课程考核方案中的职业能力核心素养属性要有所选择,并适当提高品德和能力在课程考核中的权重,且每门专业课程标准要有其特有的职业能力考核方案。 Based on the qualitative research method from the grounded theoretical perspective, the attributes and dimensions of core professional competence in different posts are obtained, and the need degree of core professional competence attributes in different posts and the view that vocational competence should be included in professional curriculum assessment are obtained by questionnaire survey. According to the empirical research conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: The professional curriculum examination program should adopt a diversified assessment scheme based on professional competence evaluation;the core quality attributes of professional competence in the assessment scheme of professional courses should be selected, and the weight of moral character and ability should be properly improved in the course assessment;and each professional course standard should have its own assessment scheme of professional competence.
