基于产教融合的高职服务外包创新人才培养探讨

Research on Cultivation of Innovation Talents in Service Outsourcing of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Industry-Education Integration

服务外包是智力人才集聚的新兴产业,其人才规格具有典型的行业特征,单靠院校专业教育或企业内部培养,都不能满足我国服务外包可持续发展的人才要求,通过产教深度融合,校企双方在人才培养上达成共识,发挥各自优势,才能共同培养服务外包创新人才。据此,高职院校需要主动构建基于产教融合服务外包不同人才需求层次的人才标准体系、人才培养体系和人才评价体系,并构建校企"双主体"、具有"跨界性""动态性"的服务外包产教融合人才培养机制。

Service outsourcing is an emerging industry of intellectual talent gathering. Its talent specifications have typical industry characteristics. Depending on the professional education of colleges and universities or the internal training of enterprises alone, it can not meet the requirements of talents for sustainable development of service outsourcing in China. Through the deep integration of industry and education, both schools and enterprises reach a consensus on talent training and give play to their respective advantages. Only in this way can we cultivate innovative talents in service outsourcing. Accordingly, higher vocational colleges need to actively construct the talent standard system, talent training system and talent evaluation system based on different levels of talent demand in the service outsourcing of integration of industry and education, and build a"dual-subject","cross-border"and"dynamic"talent training mechanism for the service outsourcing of integration of industry and education.
