网络思想政治教育视阈下高职生心理健康问题及应对措施

On Problems and Measures of Psychological Wellbeing of Higher Vocational College Students under Perspective of Network Ideological and Political Education

网络思想政治教育对高职生心理健康具有正确导向作用,能拓宽教育的载体,增强学生自主表达权。但网络世界的丰富多彩会让心智尚未成熟、缺乏理性判断能力的高职生产生对网络的认同感,一些学生对网络依赖程度越来越高。针对当前高职生的心理特点和不良心理表现,教师要充分利用网络资源创新心理健康教育模式,提高自身专业素质和网络应用技能,加大网络教育研究力度,各职能部门要创造良好的网络环境。

Network ideological and political education plays a correct role in guiding the mental health of higher vocational college students. It can broaden the carrier of education and enhance the students’ right to express themselves. But the richness and variety of the network world will make the higher vocational college students who are immature and lack of rational judgment have a sense of identity with the network, and some students become more and more dependent on the network. In view of the current psychological characteristics and unhealthy psychological performance of higher vocational college students, teachers should make full use of network resources to innovate the mode of mental health education, improve their professional quality and network application skills, and intensify the research of network education;meanwhile, all functional departments should create a good network environment.
