摘要
目的:分析12种型号的牙科口外X射线机质量控制验收检测结果,为牙科X射线机质量控制策略和管理提供依据。方法:选取不同医疗机构新安装且具备全景、头颅摄影功能的12台不同型号数字成像牙科口外X射线机,根据国家卫生标准《牙科X射线设备质量控制检测规范》等对其管电压指示的偏离、加载时间偏离、有用线束半值层、高对比分辨力和低对比分辨力进行验收检测,并对其检测结果进行分析。结果:不同型号的12台牙科口外X射线机检测指标均满足国家卫生标准的要求。60~100 kV的管电压指示的偏离和加载时间偏离,全景摄影功能分别为-5.25%~5.1%和-123~50 ms,头颅摄影功能分别为-4.96%~3.4%和-20~221 ms;60 kV、70 kV、80 kV和90 kV对应的有用线束半值层,全景摄影功能分别为1.81~2.85 mm Al、2.1~3.53 mm Al、2.34~4.04 mm Al和3.31~4.24 mm Al,头颅摄影功能分别为1.86~2.64 mm Al、2.5~3.02 mmAl、2.46~3.7 mmAl和3.32~4.54 mmAl;高对比分辨力全景摄影功能为2.2 lp/mm,头颅摄影功能为2.2~2.5 lp/mm。低对比分辨力检测均可分辨0.5 mm厚铝板的1 mm直径孔。结论:应用国家卫生标准对牙科口外X射线机进行验收检测,结果客观、准确,加强牙科口外X射线机的质量控制是保障设备处于良好工作状态的必要措施。
Objective:To analyze the test results of quality control(QC)acceptance in 12 types of dental extra-oral X-ray equipment so as to provide basis for the strategy and management of QC of dental extra-oral X-ray equipment.Methods:12 types of newly installed digital imaging dental extra-oral X-ray equipment with panoramic and cephalography functions were selected as the research objects.According to national health standard‘Specification for testing of quality control in dental X-ray equipment’,the series of acceptance tests included the deviation of tube voltage indication,the deviation of loading time,the half value layer of useful wiring harness,high contrast resolution and low contrast resolution of these equipment were implement acceptance test.And the test results of each index were further analyzed.Results:All of the test indexes of 12 types of dental extra-oral X-ray equipment could meet the requirements of National health standard.For panoramic photography function:the deviation range of 60 kV^100 kV tube voltage indication and the loading time deviation range were from-5.25%to 5.1%and from-123 ms to 50 ms,respectively.And for the cephalography function:the deviation range of those were from-4.96%to 3.4%and from-20 ms to 221 ms,respectively.For the corresponding half value layers of useful wiring harness of 60 kV,70 kv,80 kV and 90 kV,those of panoramic photography function were 1.81-2.85 mmA1,2.1-3.53 mmAl,2.34-4.04 mmA1 and 3.31-4.24 mmA1,respectively.And those of cephalography function were 1.86-2.64 mmA1,2.5-3.02 mmA1,2.46-3.7 mmA1 and 3.32-4.54 mmAl,respectively.Meanwhile,the high contrast resolution of panoramic photography function was 2.2 lp/mm,and that of cephalography function was from 2.2 to 2.5 lp/mm.The low contrast resolution of all the dental extra-oral X-ray equipment could distinguish the hole with 1 mm diameter on aluminum plate with 0.5 mm thickness.Conclusion:National health standard(WS 581-2017)is applied to implement acceptance test of dental extra-oral X-ray equipment can obtain objective and accurate results.It is necessary to strengthen the quality control of dental extra-oral X-ray equipment for guaranteeing the favorable work condition of equipment.
