基于PACS设计的彩色多功能手环在核医学检查流程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:设计研发具有智能终端的彩色多功能手环,实现患者检查预约、等候及检查注意事项提醒等功能。方法:以医学影像归档与通信系统(PACS)为基础,自主设计研发具有智能终端的彩色多功能手环,结合互联网云技术,对医学影像检查流程与微信平台进行创新性结合,依托微信客户端,患者通过移动智能终端,绑定身份唯一性识别码,对就医卡信息进行实时查看核对,对核医学显像检查中的错误注射、患者未在约定时间就诊、超时需重新注射药物以及医患纠纷等不良事件进行分析。结果:彩色多功能手环实现了检查分类、排队叫号以及在线查看影像胶片等服务,使用前在核医学显像检查中共发生不良事件67次,其中,2例次错误注射,33例次患者未在约定时间就诊,21例次超时需要重新注射,11例次医患纠纷,不良事件总发生率为3.98%;使用后共发生不良事件11例次,总发生率为0.64%,彩色多功能手环使用后不良事件发生率明显低于使用前,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=42.34,P<0.05)。结论:彩色多功能手环结合微信平台,可改进核医学科患者检查流程,降低不良事件发生率,提高核医学科的工作效率,缩短患者的就诊时间,降低医患矛盾的发生。 Objective:To design and develop a colorfully multifunctional bracelet with intelligent terminal(IT)and realize the series of functions included making an appointment,waiting in line and reminding for announcements of examination.Methods:Based on picture archiving and communication systems(PACS)to design and develop a kind of colorfully multi-functional bracelet with IT.And internet cloud technique was combined to implement innovative combination for the examination process of medical image and the WeChat platform.And depended on client-terminal client terminal of WeChat,patients could real-time check and verify the information of medical card through input unique identification code of them on their mobile intelligent terminal.This bracelet could analyze series of adverse events included mis-injection,that patient didn’t see doctor as appointed time,and that medicine was re-injected when time was exceed,and doctor-patient dispute and so on.Results:This colorfully multifunctional bracelet could realize check classification,queuing up and looking over imaging film on line and other services.Before this bracelet was used,there were 67 cases or times of adverse events in imaging examination of nuclear medicine,and there were 2 caes(times)were mis-injection,and 33 cases(times)didn’t see doctor as appointed time,and 21 cases(times)need re-injected medicine,and 11 cases(times)occurred doctor-patients dispute in these adverse events,and the total incidence of adverse events was 3.98%.After it was used,there were 11 adverse events occurred,and the total of incidence was 0.64%.The incidence rate of adverse events after bracelet was used was significantly lower than that before it was used(x^2=42.24,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of colorfully multifunctional bracelet and We Chat platform can improve the check process of nuclear medicine department for patients,and reduce incidence of adverse event,and increase work efficiency of nuclear medicine department,and shorten the clinic time of patients,and reduce the occurrence of doctor-patient conflict.
