The design of a new type of medical mobile shelter hospital with intelligent expansion

目的:研发设计新型智能拓展医疗移动方舱医院,对医疗移动方舱医院的功能、流程进行设计与研究。方法:移动方舱医院采用模块化的设计,分为指挥系统、医疗系统及保障系统三大模块,以医疗方舱作为设备工作的平台对各专用设备进行合理分配、集成,使之具备完成各种任务的功能。结果:新型智能拓展医疗方舱医院具有灵活机动、功能完善、性能可靠、自我保障能力强等特点。结论:新型智能拓展医疗移动方舱医院可以应对各种突发灾害,满足卫生应急、医疗救治需要,并在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情救治期间起到积极作用。

Objective:To develop and design a new type of medical mobile shelter hospital with intelligent expansion,and to design and study the function and process of medical mobile shelter hospital.Methods:The mobile shelter hospital adopted the modularized design,which included three modules:the command system,the medical system and the support system.The medical shelter was used as the platform of equipment work to implement reasonably distribution and integration for every equipment with special purpose so as to ensure it can possess functions that completed various tasks.Results:The new type of medical shelter hospital with intelligent expansion has series of characteristics include flexibility,perfect function,reliable performance and strong self-protection ability.Conclusion:The new type of medical mobile shelter hospitals with intelligent expansion can cope with all types of suddenonset disaster,and meet the needs of rescue,and play a positive effect in the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic.
