The optimization of the transferring and disposal process of materials in the regional sterilization and supply center during the pandemic of COVID 2019

目的:对疑似或确诊的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者使用后可复用器械、器具及物品的转运和处置流程进行优化,以防止医院内发生交叉感染。方法:结合医院的实际情况,制定COVID-19疫情期间可复用器械器具及物品的转运和处置流程,并严格实施。结果:实施规范的可复用器械器具及物品转运和处置流程后,灭菌效果监测均符合国家标准,COVID-19疫情期间未发生医院感染病例。结论:疫情期间及时制定和实施规范的可复用器械器具及物品转运和处置流程,规范各环节操作,是控制医院发生交叉感染的有效措施。

Objective:To optimize the transfer and disposal process of reusable devices and materials that had been employed by the patients with suspected or confirmed coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)so as to prevent the cross-infection in hospital.Methods:Combined with the actual situation of hospital,the transfer and disposal process of reusable devices and materials during pandemic of COVID-19 was formulated and was implemented strictly.Results:After the standardized transfer and disposal process for reusable devices and materials was implemented,all of sterilization effect reached to national standard.There was no case of nosocomial infections.Conclusion:It is an effective measure to control the nosocomial cross-infection by timely formulating and implementing the standard transfer and disposal process for reusable devices and materials during pandemic,and standardizing the operation of each link.
