抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中护理人员领悟社会支持与心理弹性的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between perceived social support and psychological resilience of paramedics in resisting COVID-2019 pandemic

目的:掌握抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情中护理人员领悟社会支持与心理弹性的状况,并分析领悟社会支持与心理弹性的关系,为其更好地应对应急救援工作提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,应用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)评分和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分,对抗击COVID-19疫情的临床一线护理人员进行调查,并分析领悟社会支持与心理弹性的相关性。结果:抗击COVID-19疫情护理人员领悟社会支持总分为(72.28±6.52)分,心理弹性总分为(61.61±7.32)分;领悟社会支持与心理弹性呈正相关(r=0.713,P<0.05)。结论:抗击COVID-19疫情护理人员心理韧性较好,提高领悟社会支持水平可以增强抗击COVID-19疫情护理人员心理韧性,有助于更好地应对应急救援工作的挑战。

Objective:To grasp the status of perceived social support and psychological resilience of paramedics in resisting coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,and analyze the relation between perceived social support and psychological resilience so as to provide basis for better coping with emergency rescue work.Methods:The convenient sampling was adopted,and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)scores and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)scores were applied to implement investigation for clinical paramedic at frontline who resisted COVID-19 pandemic,and to analyze the correlation between perceived social support and psychological resilience.Results:The total score of perceived social support and the total score of psychological resilience of paramedics who resisted the COVID-19 pandemic were(72.28±6.52)and(61.61±7.32),respectively.The relationship between perceived social support and psychological resilience was positive correlation(r=0.713,P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological resilience of paramedics who resist COVID-19 pandemic are better,and the enhancement of perceived social support can strengthen psychological resilience of them and will contribute to better cope with the challenge of emergency rescue work.
