微型急救单元担架车在院前携带呼吸机患者转运中的应用

Application of micro emergency unit stretcher car in transfer of patients with ventilator pre hospital

目的:对比分析微型急救单元担架车和普通急救担架车在应用上的区别。方法:选取北京急救中心院前携带呼吸机的87例患者,其中42例患者采用微型急救单元担架车运送,45例患者采用普通担架车运送,对两种运送方法在转运过程中的应用情况进行比较分析。结果:微型急救单元担架车相较于普通担架车,在病床旁至担架车的平均时间(t=-6.31,P<0.001)以及担架车至医院病床旁的平均时间(t=-4.79,P<0.001)上用时较短。结论:微型急救单元担架车虽然在从救护车放下到呼吸机患者身边与普通担架车在用时和人员配置上相差不大,但是在病床旁至担架车的时间以及担架车至医院病床旁的时间、携带器械的数量等方面均优于普通担架车,起到明显的急救转运作用,值得在院前推广及使用。

Objective:To compare and analyze the difference of the applications of the micro emergency unit stretcher car and the general emergency stretcher car.Methods:87 patients with ventilator pre hospital in Beijing Emergency Center were selected,and 42 cases of them were transferred by micro emergency unit stretcher car,while 45 cases of them were transferred by general emergency stretcher car.The application condition of two methods in the transfer process were further compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the general emergency stretcher,the micro emergency unit stretcher car spend shorter time in the average time that patients were transferred from sickbed to stretcher car,and it also spend shorter time in the average time that patients were transferred from stretcher car to sickbed of hospital,the difference of the two kinds of transfer time between micro emergency unit stretcher car and general emergency stretcher car were significant(t=-6.31,t=-4.79,P<0.001).Conclusion:There is no significant difference in the time from ambulance to sickbed of patients with ventilator and personnel allocation between micro emergency unit stretcher car and general stretcher car,while the time from sickbed of patients to stretcher car,the time from stretcher car to sickbed of hospital and the number of carrying apparatus of micro emergency unit stretcher car are better than those of general stretcher car,and it can play an obvious role in emergency transfer and it is worth to be promoted and used pre hospital.
