摘要
回旋波整流器把微波能转变为直流电,是微波输电的关键器件之一,文章对5.8GHz回旋波整流器进行了整管设计;运用CST电磁仿真软件结合理论分析开展了高频结构、磁体设计、电子枪、过渡区、能量耦合结构的研究,设计了工作在5.8GHz,带宽60MHz,输出电压26kV,输出功率7kW,整管整流效率达到60%的回旋波整流器。
The cyclotron rectifier converts microwave energy into direct current.It is one of the key components of microwave transmission.In this paper,the entire tube of the 5.8GHz cyclotron rectifier is designed.The high-frequency structure,magnet design,and electron gun are developed using CST electromagnetic simulation software combined with theoretical analysis.The study of the transition region and energy coupling structure has designed a cyclotron rectifier that operates at 5.8GHz,has a bandwidth of 60MHz,an output voltage of 26kV,and an output power of 7kW.The entire tube rectification efficiency reaches 60%.
