摘要
甬台温高速至沿海高速温岭联络线工程位于浙江温岭市境内,大溪枢纽是温岭联络线的重要节点,其中B匝道第三联跨越甬台温高速。为减小桥梁跨径,在甬台温高速中分带设墩,采用三跨(40+40.826+34)m连续弯梁桥跨越,同时为减少桥梁施工对甬台温高速通行能力的影响,采用钢箱组合梁结构。阐述了整体式钢箱组合梁总体设计、结构计算、结构设计等相关内容,为类似工程设计提供参考。
Wenling connecting line project of Ningbo-taizhou-wenzhou Expressway to Coastal Expressway is located in Wenling City,Zhejiang Province.Daxi hub is an important node of Wenling connecting line,and the third link of ramp B crosses the Ningbo-taizhou-wenzhou expressway.In order to reduce the bridge span,piers are set up in the middle of Ningbo-taizhou-wenzhou expressway.Three span(40+40.826+34)m continuous curved beam bridge is adopted for crossing.At the same time,in order to reduce the influence of bridge construction on the traffic capacity of Ningbo-taizhou-wenzhou expressway,steel box composite beam structure is adopted.This paper describes the overall design,structural calculation,structural design and other related contents of the integral steel box composite beam,which provides reference for similar engineering design.
