基于职业教育改革的乡村人才振兴研究

Study on Revitalization of Rural Talents Based on Vocational Education Reform

职业教育在服务乡村人才振兴中作用明显,但现行职业教育在服务“三农”人才培养上存在实力偏弱,对乡村振兴战略宣传不够,学科布局、课程体系、师资队伍改革创新滞后等问题。优化对策包括:在专业设置上因地制宜,开设符合地方需求的涉农类专业;课程体系兼顾职业技能与综合素质的关系,在不同专业的培养计划中嵌入乡村振兴的相关课程;在教师队伍存量和增量方面强化“双师型”师资建设,引入农业领域创新创业的专家人才担任创业导师;统筹学校建立实验车间、田间地头建立现代农业基地,搭建高效实训平台。

Vocational education plays an obvious role in serving the revitalization of rural talents.However,the current vocational education has weak strength in serving the cultivation of talents for agriculture,rural areas and farmers with the problems of insufficient propaganda on the revitalization strategy of rural areas and villages,the lagged behind discipline layout,curriculum system,and reform and innovation of teaching staff.The optimization measures may include setting up majors which prove to be in accordance with local conditions and meet the needs of the local areas,establishing curriculum system which takes into account the relationship between professional skills and comprehensive quality,embedding relevant courses of rural revitalization in different professional training plans,strengthening the construction of"double qualified"teachers in terms of stock and increment of teachers,and introducing innovative and entrepreneurial experts in the agricultural field as the entrepreneurial tutor,coordinate the establishment of experimental workshop at colleges,establish a modern agricultural base in the field and build an efficient training platform.
