亚甲基蓝染料的电化学氧化脱色与终产物分析 被引量:5

摘要 本研究采用电化学氧化法脱色染料亚甲基蓝溶液,研究了脱色反应速率常数,分析了脱色产物.实验结果表明,亚甲基蓝废水的脱色为拟一级反应动力学过程,在不同的温度288,298,308,318,328和338K,脱色反应速率常数为0.00253,0.00352,0.00498,0.00609,0.00763和0.01033s^-1,脱色反应速率常数随温度升高而升高,升高反应温度有利于脱色反应的进行,反应活化能为21.61kJ/mol.HPLC-QTOF-MS检测脱色反应包括开环反应、氧化还原反应和聚合反应.电解时间效率曲线证明,电化学氧化脱色反应减少反应的电能消耗和处理时间. In this paper the decolorization of Methylene Blue was performed by electrochemical oxidation,final products and decolorization rate were analyzed.The experiment results showed that the decolorization was pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics process.At the temperatures of 288,298,308,318,328 and 338K,the reaction rate constants were 0.00253,0.00352,0.00498,0.00609,0.00763 and 0.01033s^-1 separately.The decolorization rate increased with the temperature increasing.It was also found that the reaction activation energy was 21.61kJ/mol.According to HPLC-QTOF-MS,the final products included cracking reaction,redox reaction and polymerization.Potentiostatic electrolysis curve showed that electrochemical oxidation decolorization reaction greatly reduced electron energy consumption and processing time.
