中职班主任基于核心素养的人才培养研究

摘要 中职教师是环境变化的评估者与优化者、信任关系的示范者与培养者、建构知识与能力的引导者和帮助者,是培养中职学生核心素养的中坚力量。在教学中,教师应根据不同的学生和不同的情景,选择不同的角色定位和工作策略,加强中职学生核心素养的培养。
