适性灵活护理对支气管肺炎患儿治疗依从性的影响

Influence of Adaptive and Flexible Nursing on Treatment Compliance of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia

目的探讨适性灵活护理对支气管肺炎患儿治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2018年6月至2019年6月我中心收治的80例支气管肺炎患儿,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用适性灵活护理。对比两组的治疗依从性、家属满意度及并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组的治疗依从性、家属满意度均高于对照组(P <0.05);两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论适性灵活护理可提高支气管肺炎患儿的治疗依从性及家属满意度,加快患儿康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of adaptive and flexible nursing on treatment compliance of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 80 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to our center from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received adaptive and flexible nursing. The treatment compliance, family satisfaction degree and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the treatment compliance and family satisfaction degree of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusions Adaptive and flexible nursing in children with bronchial pneumonia can improve the treatment compliance and family satisfaction degree, and accelerate the recovery, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
