全面系统化护理在冠心病监护病房中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Comprehensive and Systematic Nursing in Coronary Care Unit

目的探讨全面系统化护理在冠心病监护病房(CCU)中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月我院CCU收治的400例心血管重症患者,随机分为研究组与对照组各200例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上予以全面系统化护理。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果研究组的再次心肌梗死、恶性心律失常及心脏骤停发生率均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为94.50%,明显高于对照组的82.00%(P <0.05)。结论对CCU心血管重症患者实施全面系统化护理可以显著降低其并发症发生率,提升其护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive and systematic nursing in coronary care unit(CCU).Methods 400 patients with severe cardiovascular disease admitted to CCU of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 200 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given comprehensive and systematic nursing on the basis of the control group. The complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of recurrent myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia and cardiac arrest in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 94.50%, significantly higher than 82.00% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive and systematic nursing in CCU patients with severe cardiovascular disease can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
