煤气化框架顶部窒息性气体放空扩散研究

摘要 石油化工装置中,因工艺流程需要或者出于系统安全保护的要求,部分窒息性气体,如氮气和二氧化碳,需要间歇或者连续排入大气。为确保排放的安全性,文章通过对气体扩散方式的研究,总结了影响气体扩散的主要因素,并通过fluent软件,对不同风速和喷射速度的气体排放进行模拟仿真,对比wilson经验公式,得出气团抬升高度对扩散的影响,并从设备布置、排放方式等方面提出可操作性建议。 In petrochemical plants,some asphyxiating gases,such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide,need to be discharged into the atmosphere intermittently or continuously due to the requirements of process or system safety protection.In order to ensure the safety of emissions,this paper summarizes the main factors that affect the diffusion of gases by studying the diffusion modes of gases with different properties,and simulates the emissions of gases with different wind speed and jet speed by fluent numerical simulation.By comparing with the empirical formulas,the effects of different emission heights on the diffusion were obtained,and the Operability suggestions were put forward from the aspects of equipment arrangement and emission mode.
