民办本科高校应用型转型发展路径探析

目前民办本科高校已经成为我国高等教育的重要和不可或缺的组成部分,在我国高等教育由精英化向大众化发展过程中起着至关重要的作用。随着教育水平的稳步提升,高质量的教育能力得到社会和家长的认可。然而,随着产业结构升级和就业压力的不断提升,民办本科高校的办学压力,尤其是社会对其输出人才是否认可的压力,也在日渐提升。本文就如何通过转型发展来战胜压力、突破自我展开探索。

at present,private undergraduate colleges and universities have become an important and indispensable part of China's higher education,playing a crucial role in the development of China's higher education from elite to popular.With the steady improvement of education level,high quality education ability has been recognized by the society and parents.However,with the upgrading of industrial structure and the increasing pressure of employment,the pressure of running schools in private undergraduate universities,especially the pressure of whether the society recognizes the talents they export,is also increasing day by day.This paper explores how to overcome pressure and break through self through transformation and development.
