浅析我国高校思政课教师队伍建设

高校思政课教师是对高校学生进行思想政治教育的主要力量,也是引导学生身心健康发展的重要引导人,帮助学生“扣好人生的第一粒扣子”,也为未来我国的经济、政治等方面的向好发展培育着优秀的力量。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,整个社会对于高校人才的要求也有了很大的提升,对高校思政课教师的工作也相应提出了更高的要求。
