摘要
2013年9月,我参与了某政府单位门户平台系统的开发工作。由于单位技术力量有限,因此通过招投标方式邀请D信息技术公司开发。我以单位信息中心主管的身份,主要负责项目管理、可研分析等工作,并与D公司派驻的开发小组进行沟通协调,共同研究门户平台需求、后台管理开发等一系列模块,将过去平台的基础信息进行重新整合,运用最前沿技术,对平台进行全面开发。本项目时间紧,不确定因素多,制定管理计划的难度较大。我采取了渐进明细的方式,根据项目特点,对关键节点及重要范围进行了认真关注,同时密切监控项目计划的执行情况,及时对管理计划作出必要的动态调整,确保项目顺利完成。
in September 2013,I participated in the development of the portal platform system of a government unit.Due to the limited technical strength of the unit,D information technology company was invited to develop by way of bidding.I as a unit of information center director,mainly responsible for project management,feasibility analysis,etc,and compared with D company in the development of the team communication and coordination,to jointly study the portal platform requirements,background management development and a series of module,information will be the basis of the platform is integrated,using cutting edge technology,to a comprehensive development platform.Due to the tight schedule and many uncertainties,it is difficult to make a management plan for this project.Based on the characteristics of the project,I paid close attention to the key nodes and important areas.Meanwhile,I closely monitored the implementation of the project plan and made necessary dynamic adjustments to the management plan in time to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
