摘要 同伴教学法以教学中的人际合作与互动为基本特征,以合作互动学习小组为基本教学单位,使学生之间相互施教,共同受益。以工程项目管理实训课为例,将同伴教学法引入高校实践教学中,探讨以"同伴讨论为主+学生台上台下互动+教师学生反馈互动"的多元互动反馈相结合的教学模式,分析了实训课应用同伴教学法应注意的问题,为教师在当前实践教学现实条件下如何提高实训课教学效果提供了一些可行的思路。 Peer instruction takes the interpersonal cooperation and interaction in teaching as the basic features as well as the cooperative interactive learning group is the basic teaching unit,so that students can teach each other and benefit from together.This paper takes the engineering project management training course as an example;the peer instruction is introduced into the practical teaching of colleges and universities to discuss the teaching mode of combining multiple and interactive feedback based on the teaching mode of"peer discussion+student interaction on and off the stage as well as the teacher+student interactive feedback".It should be paid attention to the problems of peer instruction application in the practical training course,providing some feasible thoughts for how to improve the teaching effect of the practical training under the current practice teaching conditions.
