The administration of state affairs in the new era aims to create a good environment for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at home and abroad.The overall concept of national security and the community of shared future of mankind complement each other and constitute the declaration of great powers in the new era.Through the normative analysis it is found they have a close internal logic of agreement,jointly pursuing the value purpose of"people-centered",jointly pursuing the idea of"development is the first priority of governing and rejuvenating the country",and jointly running through the logic of holistic thinking.It is necessary to coordinate the overall development of domestic and foreign countries to jointly promote the overall national security and the community of shared future of mankind:grasp the window of opportunity,continue to expand the comprehensive national strength,actively lead the global governance;strengthen political self-confidence,ensure cultural security,and enhance cultural soft power.
