The main reasons for the weakening of athletes'right to speak in the modern Olympic technology decision-making system are the influence of the traditional technology expert decision theory,the unsound democratic mechanism in the Olympic movement and the athletes'weak sense of democratic participation.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the athletes'right of speech in the modern Olympic technology decision-making system.Through enhancing the thoughts on the athletes as the centre,reducing technical expert decision theory ideas,establishing and perfecting the mechanism of democracy and improving the athletes'democratic participation,negotiating dialogues between athletes and technical experts,promoting technology to develop in the direction of ecology from the pursuit of efficiency and benefit,so as to promote the healthy and sustained development of the Olympic movement.
