摘要
在人类不断生息繁衍过程中,骨骼的合成再生与重吸收的过程维持着精密的动态平衡,其通过细胞间的协同作用对骨进行物质传递交换的微调过程。研究发现,骨再生不仅仅是通过细胞间的相互协作,其可通过一种可携带和传递蛋白质、脂质以及RNAs的外囊泡-外泌体(Exosomes)介质与其他组织进行着密切沟通与联系,大量研究报道外泌体广泛参与除细胞外组织的信息传递和交换,且外泌体对不同骨细胞都会产生一定的修复及促进再生的作用,进而调控骨组织的正常及病理状态。笔者综述近年来国内外针对外泌体骨再生重建领域的报道,简要阐述其间的关系。
During the life time of the human,modelling and remodeling of the bone maintain a precise and dynamic balance.The material exchange in the bone is coordinated through the cells.Researches have found that bone regeneration is not only through the coordination of the cells,but also through the close connection between exosomes that carry and transfer proteins,lipids,and RNAs,and other tissues.Studies have shown that exosomes from various cell sources are involved in the exchange of intercellular substances and information around bone,which can promote the repair and regeneration various bone cells,and regulate the physical and pathological status of the bone.In this paper,the relationship between exosomes and bone regeneration is briefly described according to the recent research reports of exosomes in bone regeneration.
