基于多主体协同的青少年体育发展模式研究

Study of Development Model of Youth Sports Based on Multi-Subject Coordination

针对我国青少年体育发展主体单一的问题,运用系统分析法、文献资料法以及逻辑分析法,以共生理论和耗散结构理论为基础,构建多主体青少年共生网络模型,激发青少年体育从“被组织”向“自组织”发展;在开放、远离平衡态、非线性相互作用的环境下高效地利用涨落的能量,使青少年体育系统中各主体实现共生发展;统筹政策协同层、管理协调层、组织运作层,推动由学校体育、社区体育、家庭体育构建形成的多主体青少年体育共生网络模型的平稳运行,不断完善青少年体育发展新模式。

In terms of the subject of youth sports development in China,using methods of system analysis,literature review and logical analysis,based on the theories of symbiosis and dissipative structure,the paper constructs the multi-subject youth symbiosis network model,and stimulates the development of youth sports from“being organized”to“self-organization”.In the open,far away from the equilibrium state,and non-linear interaction environment,the energy of rising and falling is used efficiently to make the main subjects of the youth sports system realize the symbiotic development.At the levels of policy coordination,management coordination and organization operation,we should promote the smooth operation of the multi-subject youth sports symbiosis network model of school sports,community sports and family sports,and improve the new model of youth sports development.
