摘要
针对工程中钢筋混凝土柱出现局部混凝土强度不足的问题,利用ABAQUS有限元软件进行了力学性能和加固效果分析。首先分析了混凝土强度不足的范围对承载能力的影响;然后利用CFRP加固处理,分析了不同CFRP层数对加固效果的影响;最后对比分析了不同损伤程度的加固效果。结果表明:混凝土柱局部强度不足会引起轴压承载能力降低,且下降幅度与损伤程度成正比。采用CFRP加固能有效提高其承载能力和塑性变形能力,当加固层数超过5层后,加固效果趋于稳定。环向CFRP对非全截面损伤构件的加固效果低于全截面损伤加固效果。
In order to analyze the influence of local insufficiency of concrete strength on the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete columns,ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish models.Firstly,the influence of insufficient strength range of concrete on the bearing capacity was analyzed,then the influence of different CFRP layers on the reinforcement effect was studied.Finally,the reinforcement effects of different damage levels were analyzed.The results show that the insufficient strength of local concrete will reduce the axial bearing capacity of RC column,and the decline is proportional to the degree of damage.While,CFRP strip can effectively improve the bearing capacity and plastic deformation capacity.When the number of reinforcement layers exceeds 5 layers,the reinforcement effect tends to be stable.The strengthening effect of circular CFRP on non-full-section damaged members is lower than that of full-section damaged reinforcement.
