本文重点阐述福州洪塘大桥拓宽改建工程钢箱梁桥面超高强韧性砼(UHPC)的制作与施工难点及特殊性、主要材料组成、性能与优点、制备与铺筑、蒸汽养生等,介绍主要施工工序及质量控制要点,分析实际运用中存在的问题并提出相应解决方法,供今后同类钢箱梁桥面UHPC的施工借鉴与参考。

This paper focuses on the manufacture and construction of UHPC for steel box girder bridge deck of Hongtang bridge widening and reconstruction project in Fuzhou,including the difficulties and particularity,main material composition,performance and advantages,preparation and paving,steam curing,etc.,introduces the main construction process and quality control points,analyzes the problems in practical application and puts forward corresponding solutions for the same kind of UHPC bridge deck of steel box girder in the future.
