疫情后设计企业的市场布局及生产运营创新思考

摘要 2019年底“新型冠状病毒肺炎”疫情爆发,给传统设计企业的市场经营与生产运营方式带来巨大挑战,暴露出原有设计产品及生产运营方式的局限性,这场疫情势必加速我们设计行业的产业迭代更新。本文通过结合疫情出现的问题,从生产经营管理的角度,力图为今后传统设计企业寻求新设计产品的市场布局,重新定位市场着力点及探索新的高效的生产运营模式。 The outbreak of COVID-19 in late 2019 brought great challenges to the traditional design enterprises in the market operation andenterprise production operation,and exposed the limitations of the original design products and operation modes.This epidemic situation will accelerate the industrial iteration of our design industry.This paper tries to find the market layout of new design products for the traditional design enterprises in the future,re position the market focus and explore new efficient production and operation mode from the perspective of operation and production.
