微创引流术对脑外伤硬脑膜外血肿患者临床效果及神经功能影响

Effect of Minimally Invasive Drainage on Clinical Outcome and Neurological Function in Patients with Traumatic Epidural Hematoma

目的探讨微创引流术对脑外伤硬脑膜外血肿患者的临床效果及对其神经功能的影响。方法选择佳木斯大学附属第二医院2018年5月-2019年5月接收的76例脑外伤硬脑膜外血肿患者作为研究对象,分为研究组(38例)与对照组(38例),对照组进行常规的开颅治疗,研究组采用微创引流术治疗,比较两组的临床效果及对神经功能的影响。结果研究组手术时间(0.73±0.24)h、出血量(53.26±10.43)ml、住院时间(8.21±1.40)d、NHISS(11.22±2.14)分,相较对照组均明显更优(P<0.05);并发症率7.89%,相较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论微创引流术在脑外伤硬脑膜外血肿患者中的应用效果显著,利于减少术中出血量,改善神经功能缺损程度,降低并发症发生几率,缩短住院时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive drainage on patients with traumatic epidural hematoma and its neurological function.Methods 76 patients with traumatic epidural hematoma in the hospital from May, 2018 to May,2019 were enrolled in the study group(38 patients)and the control group(38 patients). The control group was treated with craniotomy,and the study group was treated with minimally invasive drainage. The clinical effect and effect on neurological function were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(0.73±0.24)h, the amount of bleeding(53.26±10.43)ml, hospitalization time(8.21±1.40)d, NHISS(11.22±2.14)of the study group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate was 7.89%, which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive drainage was effective in patients with traumatic epidural hematoma. It is beneficial to reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, improve the degree of neurological deficit, reduce the incidence of complications, and shorten the length of hospital stay.
