佛山市大学生口腔健康知识、态度、行为的抽样调查报告

Sampling Survey Report on Oral Health Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior of College Students in Foshan

目的了解佛山市大学生口腔健康知识、态度及行为,为指导佛山市大学生做好口腔保健提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,分别对佛山科学技术学院不同专业以班级为单位,整群随机抽取1 554名学生进行口腔健康问卷调查,收回有效问卷1 473份。结果佛山市大学生口腔健康知识总体知晓率为65.6%,不同专业间的知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。虽然绝大多数的学生对口腔健康持积极态度,但有良好的口腔健康行为的人群所占比例较低,每天刷牙2次及以上只占68.6%,绝大部分的学生不知道使用含氟牙膏及牙线。结论佛山市大学生口腔健康知识和行为需要积极改善,需加强高校的口腔健康教育工作,以提高大学生口腔健康水平。

Objective To understand the oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior of college students in foshan, and to provide evidence for guiding college students to do a good job in oral health care.Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used to investigate the oral health of 1 554 students from different majors in Foshan Institute of Science and Technology.Results The overall awareness rate of oral health knowledge among college students in Foshan was 65.6%. Although the majority of students hold a positive attitude towards oral health, the proportion of those who have good oral health behaviors is lower, only 68.6%brush their teeth twice or more every day. The majority of students do not know how to use fluoride toothpaste and dental floss.Conclusion The oral health knowledge and behavior of college students in Foshan need to be improved actively.
