腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗肥胖症合并2型糖尿病的现状和发展

Current Situation and Development of Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy in the Treatment of Obesity Complicated with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

肥胖症和2型糖尿病(T2DM)已成为危害全世界人民健康的疾病,尤其在中国问题更加严峻。肥胖症合并2型糖尿病患者在国内的发病率逐年升高,并呈年轻化趋势。与传统方法相比,外科减重手术能提高肥胖患者2型糖尿病的缓解率,减轻肥胖患者体重,且术后并发症较轻。因此,外科减重手术在国内发展飞速,在众多手术中,因腹腔镜袖状胃切除术相比其他减重手术,手术操作简易、手术时间短、术后并发症少等一系列优势,从中脱颖而出,成为当今最流行的减重术式。文章就腹腔镜袖状胃切除术(LSG)的发展历程、治疗肥胖症合并2型糖尿病的效果、LSG术后2型糖尿病各脏器的改善及展望进行综述。

Obesity and type 2 diabetes have become diseases that endanger the health of people all over the world,especially in China. The incidence of obesity complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus in China is increasing year by year,and shows a younger trend. Compared with traditional methods, surgical weight loss surgery can improve the remission rate of obese patients with type 2 diabetes, reduce the weight of obese patients, and the postoperative complications are lighter. Therefore, surgical weight loss surgery has developed rapidly in China. Among many operations,laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy has a series of advantages,such as simple operation,short operation time,less postoperative complications and so on. It has become the most popular method of weight loss today. The article reviews the development of LSG,the effect of treating obesity complicated with type 2 diabetes,and the improvement and prospect of various organs of T2DM after LSG.
