脑梗死急性期患者开展早期神经康复对其脑功能重塑的效果分析

Effect of Early Neurological Rehabilitation on Brain Function Remodeling in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨早期神经康复对脑梗死急性期患者脑功能重塑的效果。方法:将210例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组与研究组各105例,对照组给予药物治疗,研究组则配合神经康复治疗,比较两组临床疗效及神经、运动功能评分的改善情况。结果:研究组MESSS评分、FMA评分、BI评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为96.19%,显著高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死急性期患者开展早期神经康复训练,有利于患者各项能力的恢复及脑功能重塑,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of early neurological rehabilitation on brain function remodeling in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:210 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group(n=105)and study group(n=105),the control group treated with medication while study group combined with neurological rehabilitation,compared the improvement of efficacy and neural,motor function of the two groups.Results:The improvement of MESSS,FMA and BI scores in study group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05);the overall response rate of study group was 96.19%,which was significantly higher than 80.95%that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early neurological rehabilitation training for patients with acute cerebral infarction is conducive to the recovery of various abilities and the remodeling of brain function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
