龙氏正骨手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Long’s Bone-Setting Manipulation in Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy of Vertebral Artery

目的:观察龙氏正骨手法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者颈椎X线片及动脉血液流速的影响。方法:将200例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各100例,治疗组采用龙氏正骨手法治疗,对照组采用传统推拿疗法治疗,观察两组临床疗效及颈椎X线片、双侧椎动脉和基底动脉血流速度变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组颈椎X线影像、双侧椎动脉及基底动脉血流速度改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙氏正骨手法治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病患者的颈椎X线片中颈椎生理曲度、棘突偏歪、寰枢关节紊乱及双侧椎动脉、基底动脉血液流速改善明显,其临床疗效显著优于传统推拿疗法。

Objective:To observe the influence of Long’s bone-setting manipulation on X-ray films and arterial velocities in patients with cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery.Methods:200 cases of patients with cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery were randomly divided into treatment group(n=100)and control group(n=100),the treatment group treated with Long’s bone-setting manipulation while control group with conventional massage,observed the efficacy and changes of X-ray films,blood flow velocities of both side of vertebral artery and basilar artery in the two groups.Results:The overall response rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01);the improvement of X-ray films,blood flow velocities of both side of vertebral artery and basilar artery in treatment group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long’bone-setting manipulation can effectively improve the physiological curvature of cervical spine,spinous process,atlantoaxial joint disorder in X-ray films and blood flow velocities of both side of vertebral artery and basilar artery of patients with cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery,which therapeutic effect is better than conventional massage.
