喀西茄在黄萎病病菌胁迫下的生理生化防卫反应 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】探讨野生喀西茄(Solanum khasianum C.B.Clarke)接种大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb.)前后植物叶片保护酶、渗透性物质、光合色素、MDA和相对电导率的变化规律,为研究野生茄黄萎病的抗性机制提供理论依据。【方法】本研究以黄萎病高抗材料喀西茄和感病材料昆明紫长茄(对照)为研究对象,采用人工接种的方法,分析在大丽轮枝菌侵染过程中,喀西茄和昆明紫长茄叶片的主要生理生化指标变化情况。【结果】大丽轮枝菌接种前,喀西茄叶片的保护酶活性、光合色素和渗透调节物质含量以及相对电导率比昆明紫长茄的高,MDA含量比昆明紫长茄的低。接种后,除了叶绿素含量,喀西茄与昆明紫长茄叶片的保护酶活性、渗透调节物质含量以及相对电导率和MDA含量的变化趋势高度一致。同时,与昆明紫长茄相比,喀西茄叶片中保护酶活性、光合色素和渗透调节物质含量在14 d内就迅速作出响应,且PAL、POD和SOD等生理指标显著高于昆明紫长茄。【结论】在黄萎病病菌侵染下,喀西茄黄萎病抗性比昆明紫长茄的高,这与前期田间抗性鉴定结果一致。 【Objective】In this study,the changes of protective enzymes,osmotic substances,photosynthetic pigments,MDA and relative conductivity in Solanum khasianum C.B.Clarke infected with Verticillium dahliae Kleb.were discussed,which provided a theoretical basis for studying the resistance mechanism of wild eggplant response to Verticillium Wilt.【Method】Taking S.khasianum,a highly resistant material to Verticillium Wilt,and S.melongena‘Kunmingzichangqie’,a susceptible material(control),as the research materials,the changes of main physiological and biochemical indexes in the leaves of the two materials were analyzed by artificial inoculation during the infection process of V.dahliae.【Result】Before inoculation with V.dahlia,the protective enzyme activity,photosynthetic pigment,osmotic adjustment substance content and relative conductivity in the leaves of S.khasianum were higher than those of S.melongena,but MDA content was lower than that of S.melongena.In addition to chlorophyll content,the changes of protective enzyme activity,osmoregulation substance content,relative conductivity and MDA content in leaves of S.khasianum were highly consistent with S.melongena after V.dahlia infection.Compared with S.melongena,the protective enzyme activity,the content of photosynthetic pigment and osmoregulation substance in the leaves of S.khasianum responded quickly within 14 days,and PAL,POD,SOD were significantly higher than those of S.melongena.【Conclusion】Under the infection of V.dahliae,the response process of different eggplant materials was similar,but the resistance of S.khasianum was higher than that of S.melongena,which was consistent with the previous resistance identification results in the field.
