需求主导的少儿文献资源建设路径探索--以深圳图书馆为例

Exploration on the Demand-led Construction of Children’s Literature Resources:Taking Shenzhen Library as an Example

以"读者决策采购"(PDA)的主要精神为核心,对深圳图书馆少儿文献资源建设工作进行了梳理和分析,探讨需求主导、多维参与的立体少儿文献资源建设模式,提出了打造以读者需求为中心的采购决策系统、建立完善的复本控制机制、简化荐购流程、增强有声文献资源建设等提升策略。

Taking the main spirit of "reader’s decision-making procurement"(PDA) as the core and taking Shenzhen Library as an example, this paper sorts out and analyzes the construction work of children’s literature resources, and probes into the demand-led and multi-dimensional construction mode of children’s literature resources, some strategies are put forward, such as building a decision-making system centered on readers’ needs, establishing a perfect duplicate control mechanism, simplifying the recommendation and purchase process, and strengthening the construction of sound literature resources.
