摘要
对高校图书馆创客空间用户需求的类型及用户对创客空间各项服务需求程度的差异性进行研究。采用问卷方式进行调研,基于Kano模型和better-worse指数进行数据分析,得出结论:问卷6个维度均为魅力需求,29项关于高校图书馆创客空间用户需求的指标中,"创客空间提供方便快捷的信息资源获取方式"一项为魅力需求和期望需求的混合分类,其余指标类型均为魅力需求;根据Better-worse指数,用户对创客空间提供的不同的服务内容的需求程度是存在差异的。根据以上结论,提出若干关于高校图书馆创客空间服务方面的建议,旨在为高校图书馆提供真正贴近用户需求的创客空间服务提供参考。
The study is mainly to classify the types of user demands in the Maker Space in university libraries and to distinguish the differences in the degree of user demands for various services of the Maker Space. This paper conducts a survey by means of questionnaire and draws a conclusion through data analysis based on the Kano model and the better-worse index: all the six dimensions of the questionnaire are classified as attractive requirement and among the 29 indicators of user demands of Maker Space of university libraries,"Maker Space provides convenient and fast ways to obtain information resources", which is a mixed classification of attractive requirement and one-dimensional requirement;according to the better-worse index, there are differences in the degree of users’ demand for various service of Maker Space. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward several suggestions on Maker Space service of university libraries, aiming to provide reference for university libraries to provide Maker Space services that are really close to users demands.
