新时期高校党建与统战工作协同融合发展探析

统一战线和党的建设同是中国共产党领导中国革命胜利的"三大法宝",在新时期仍然发挥着重要作用,是党领导人民实现中华民族伟大复兴强有力的武器。统一战线与党的建设密切相关,二者互为补充、相互促进,具有高度的契合性。新时期随着改革开放的深入发展和国内外形势的变化,高校党建和统战工作都面临着机遇和挑战,探讨如何在党的领导下实现二者协同融合发展具有重要的现实意义。在促进高校统一战线与党的建设协同融合发展时要找准切入点,基于契合性进行构建。在高校党委的统筹下把握好、处理好"两个关系",培养好、利用好、统筹好"两类人才",维护好、拓展好"两块阵地"。

The united front and party construction are the "three magic weapons" of the victory of the Chinese revolution led by Chinese Communist Party, which have played an important role in the new era. The united front is closely related to the party’s construction and they complement each other;promote each other;have a high compatibility. With deepening development of reform and opening up and changes in domestic and foreign situations, both party construction and united front work are facing opportunities and challenges in colleges and universities. It is of great practical significance to explore how to realize the coordinated and integrated development of the two factors under the leadership of the party. In promoting the coordinated and integrated development of the united front and party construction in colleges and universities, we must find the right entry, constructing on the basis of suitability, grasping and handling the two relations under the overall planning of the college party committee, cultivating, utilizing, and coordinating "two types of talents", maintaining and expanding "two fronts."
