摘要
通过合理的化学成分设计以及适当的熔炼过程工艺参数控制,研制了铸态QTRSi4Mo1,对其进行金相试验和常规力学性能试验。结果表明,该成分的铸态QTRSi4Mo1的性能优良,符合要求。
The as-cast QTRSi4Mo1 was researched and developed through designing rational chemical composition and controlling proper melting process parameter.The metallographic and conventional mechanical properties of the ductile iron were tested.The results show that as-cast QTRSi4Mo1 with this composition has excellent properties and meets the requirements.
